Commission
Standard affiliates earn 15% of eligible net subscription revenue collected through Stripe on Halo’s website for the first 12 paid months of a referred customer’s subscription. Commission does not accrue during the seven-day free trial.
Attribution and eligibility
Eligible referrals use the last valid affiliate link clicked within 60 days before checkout. The customer must be new to the program and the affiliate must be active. Self-referrals, duplicate customers, fraudulent activity, credit packs, Apple subscriptions, taxes, and other non-subscription charges are excluded.
Refunds and disputes
Commission is held for 30 days. Refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks, disputes, discounts, and unpaid amounts reduce or reverse commission. If a reversal occurs after payment, it carries forward against future earnings.
Payouts
Payouts are generally processed monthly through Stripe after the payable balance reaches $50. Affiliates must complete Stripe identity, tax, and payout onboarding. Affiliates are responsible for their taxes and accurate payout information.
Promotion standards
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship and may not make false claims, impersonate Halo, bid on Halo trademarks, send spam, use deceptive traffic, or violate applicable law or platform rules.
Enforcement and changes
Halo may review traffic, hold payouts, suspend or close accounts, and reverse ineligible commission. Halo may update or end the program with reasonable notice. Accrued eligible commission remains subject to these terms and the refund period.
