Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Halo (the “Service”), operated by Halo (“Halo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old, and meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Halo generates AI media and is rated 16+. You are responsible for the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@halosuperagent.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions, credits, and refunds

The Service is offered through auto-renewable subscription plans and one-time credit packs. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate until cancelled.

Purchases made in our iOS app are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel an Apple subscription, and request refunds, through your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) — not within the app. Purchases made on the web are billed by our payment processor (Stripe) and can be managed or cancelled from your account settings on the web; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.

Credits included with a subscription refresh each billing period and do not roll over. Credits you buy in a one-time credit pack do not expire for the life of your account. Credits are consumed when you generate content and are non-transferable. Except where required by law (including statutory withdrawal/refund rights) or by the App Store, fees and consumed credits are non-refundable. We may change pricing, plans, or credit allocations with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law or infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others;
• generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that depicts a real person without consent;
• create deceptive deepfakes, impersonate others, or spread misinformation;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the Service; or
• resell or redistribute the Service except as expressly permitted.

You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate, and for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Generated or uploaded content that violates these Terms may be filtered, removed, or refused, and offending accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice. To report content or a user, email support@halosuperagent.com; we review reports and act on violations, typically within 24 hours.

5. Intellectual property and ownership of generated content

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Halo and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable third-party model terms, and to the extent permitted by law, you own the output you generate and may use it for personal and commercial purposes. You retain ownership of inputs you provide and grant us a limited license to process them in order to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You acknowledge that generated content may not be unique and that similar outputs may be produced for other users.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable, and you are responsible for reviewing it before use. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halo and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or USD 100.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms) will survive.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
