This Privacy Policy explains how Halo (“Halo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

What we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, and authentication identifiers, collected when you create or sign in to your account.
  • Billing information — subscription, plan, and transaction records, collected when you purchase a subscription or credits. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
  • Content and inputs — the text prompts you type and the photos, video, audio, and links you upload or paste, plus the settings you choose and the images, video, and audio you generate. Collected when you create or generate content in the app.
  • Usage data — credit activity, feature usage, device and browser information, and log data, collected automatically as you use the Service to operate and secure it.

How we use it

  • to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • to process payments, credits, and subscriptions;
  • to generate content you request by sending inputs to AI model providers;
  • to authenticate you, prevent abuse, and keep the Service secure;
  • to communicate with you about your account, updates, and support; and
  • to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties

We rely on the following service providers to operate the Service. Your information may be shared with them only as needed to provide their functions, and they are bound by their own terms and privacy policies:

  • Clerk— authentication and account management
  • Stripe— payment processing and subscription billing
  • Convex— application database and backend functions
  • Higgsfield— AI image and video generation
  • Kie— AI image, video, and audio generation
  • fal.ai— AI generation (select image and video models)
  • ElevenLabs— text-to-speech and voice synthesis
  • Google Gemini— AI text and multimodal generation
  • OpenAI— AI image and video generation (select models)
  • Anthropic (Claude)— AI agent planning and text processing
  • Pipedream— workflow automation and integrations

When you generate content, the prompts you write and any photos, video, audio, or links you upload or paste are transmitted to the AI model providers listed above (such as Higgsfield, Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, fal.ai, and Kie) so they can produce your results. Only submit content you have the right to use.

We require these providers to protect your information consistent with this policy and applicable law, and to use it only to provide their service to you — not for their own independent purposes. We obtain your consent in the app before any content is sent to a third-party AI provider.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Halo, our users, or the public.

Cookies and similar technologies

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Service, and understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at support@halosuperagent.com. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and financial records.

Your rights

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at support@halosuperagent.com and we will take steps to delete it.
